We currently only ship to addresses in the contiguous US.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with order and tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system and show progress.
Some items may ship separately to ensure the fastest delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, we’ll send a replacement. Please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Paw Choice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier and do not refund or resend orders that are reported lost or stolen. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout and that you can safely receive your delivery.
If you wish to update or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed for fulfillment. Shipped items will need to be returned for a refund.
