Where Are Your Products Made? 

All of our products are made right here in the USA in cGMP (certified Good Manufacturing Practices) facilities to ensure the best quality and safety standards. 

Where Do You Ship?

We currently only ship within the United States. 

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. You can see our shipping info and times on our Shipping Page.

Will I Be Able to Track My Order?

Yes! All of our orders ship with tracking. 

Why Doesn’t My Tracking Number Show Any Info?

After the order has been confirmed as shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping company to update the tracking info.

What is Your Return Policy?

We have a "Love It" Guarantee and always stand by our products. If within 30 days of your order you decide it's not making your pet happier or healthier, contact us and we'll gladly take it back and give you a refund. You can see our returns page here.

I Ordered 2+ Items, But Only Received Part of My Order… Where’s the Rest?

Don’t worry, you will receive the rest of your order! In order to get you your items as fast as possible, some items may be shipped separately.

I Made a Mistake on My Order. Can I Fix It or Cancel the Order?

Please place your order carefully as all of our orders are sent immediately for fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible after you place your order and we will do our best to update it or cancel it before it ships, but we can’t guarantee we will be able to.

What If I Receive the Wrong Item or My Item Has a Defect?

We’re truly sorry if this occurs! While we’re nearly perfect, mistakes can happen. Simply contact us and tell us your order number and what the issue is. We’ll make it right for you!
