For approved refunds, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
A maximum of 1 unit per product can be refunded without needing to return the item.
If you purchased additional units of the same item, they must be unused and returned to us for a refund.
All original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable).
If returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, we’ll send a replacement. Please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Paw Choice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier and do not refund or resend orders that are reported lost or stolen. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout and that you can safely receive your delivery.
If you wish to update or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed for fulfillment. Shipped items will need to be returned for a refund.
