To initiate a refund request, send an email to our friendly customer support team at email@example.com (or use our contact form). Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Please don't send your item back to us without contacting our customer service first, as we will not be able to process the return this way.

Consider using a trackable shipping method when returning an item, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once a refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will re-ship your order at our expense.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel or update the order, but can't guarantee we'll be able to since all orders are immediately sent for fulfillment. Shipped items will need to be returned to us for a refund.
- We are not responsible for lost items once the package tracking has been updated as “delivered” by the shipping carrier to the address provided to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us a correct shipping address upon purchase and to ensure safe pickup of the delivered items.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item (if applicable).
- All sales are final for Gift Cards and Decals.
